Snorkel Cabo Pulmo

Cabo Pulmo is a unique place in the world that sits on the edge sea of Cortez.

The marine life is so rich as it has been made a

Cabo Pulmo is a National Marine Park and a UNESCO World Heritage site of 7,111 hectares since 1995.  As it was made a no-fishing zone marine life has flourished significantly making Cabo Palmo is living evidence of how protection affects underwater life and the ecosystem. The reefs are now home to over 200 species of fish and marine animals of all shapes and sizes which you can see on our snorkel tours.

Today, after decades of protection, the reefs have recovered and the groupers are huge as well as the shallow, colorful reefs, mindblowing schools of jacks with a cheeky dolphin, sea lions and turtles. In the season you can see schools of hundreds of mobula rays and humpback whales.

The history and the success story is featured on the Netfix documentary ‘Mission blue’:

Give it a watch and see the place you need to snorkel.
